I am not an artist who only focuses on one medium to create art because I believe that different media and colors can help me convey different feelings to the audience through my works. I sometimes make sculptures and other forms of art in my own time. However, I usually work on paintings, drawings, and prints since I am majoring in Pictorial Art. 

Among the materials, I currently use most are oil, acrylic, and canvas. I find myself enjoying painting more and more because when I use the brush to paint on canvas I feel I can control how I want the paint to show, which makes me feel confident and powerful at the moment. I do not think I am a confident person in life, but when I paint I can find a little value in my existence. However, I do not think I am limited to being a painter on my artistic path. It is worth mentioning that, I consider art as a friend that I can trust, art is a friend who is always by my side. Although I am not good at communicating with people, art can help me communicate with people in a silent way. Furthermore, the subjects of my work reflect what I care about, what I think, what I feel, and who I am. For example, I use the flowers of my hometown as a metaphor for homesickness, use friends and related objects to represent friendship, use animals to show that I am an animal lover, and so on. I want to explore these in my work because I think it is important to know yourself and listen to your heart as a person. In addition to helping me express what I care about, my works heal my inner world in a way. That is because I realize there will be all kinds of regrets and many beautiful moments in my life. Those memories, people, and things that appeared in my mind but could not be forgotten may not have the opportunity to record them in the form of photos with a camera at that time. Through my art, I can combine the unforgettable memories in my memory with imagination and draw them into art pieces that can be preserved. I preserve what I cherish through art so that they do not disappear over time. In other words, my art goal is not to become a well-known artist or someone who can make much money but to make myself more complete through art. Therefore, the main themes of my work are related to my personal life and the people and things I care about.
